I'm sorry to say that you've come too late.  This feature is already
present in the CVS sources.  I'd like to see how you handle moving forwards
or backwards when multiple objects are selected, we had quite a discussion
about that.

There's an entry about that in the FAQ, briefly it should be a unidiff
against the CVS.
