I happened to have some debugging output (gathered for another purpose
a couple of days ago) that contained the font names pangowin32 found:

 > Comic Sans MS

Yep, present on Windows, with that name.

No.

Yes.

 > Century Schoolbook L

Not on my Win2k at least.

No. But there is "MS Mincho".
