I have placed the part in a single chapter file, directly invokable this
way:
<!ENTITY chapter SYSTEM "dia_plugins.sgml">
like the other Dia manuals I've seen. Little modifications should
completely do it.

Things are getting a bit slower because I have to write it in French at
the same time, and to continue my job also.

If you want to include it into 0.90, I can work on it at home then if
the release is soon.
