I think it's safe to treat whatever version of gtk Hans currently uses as
being "the" Win32 gtk 2.0 thing. For the Unicode side of the question; I
would really love if we could ship the next version (last 1.4-based) as
using UTF-8 internally (ie, Akira's work) by default.
