        Just want to issue a public apology to the CodherPlunks list
regarding the security clearances thread. My subscription was approved
only yesterday, and was unaware that the foreign nationals/sec. clearances
thread had been carbon'd to this list and cryptography-C2 inadvertantly.
Guess it pays to check Reply-to and carbon destinations with every reply.
