I was wondering if running a remailer on a network interface that
was bandwidth limited would cause security problems. My gut feeling is
that it shouldn't hurt anything(but reading bruce's book hardly makes me
an expert), however the fact that the packets are coming out at timed
intervals makes me wonder if I'm leaving a clearly visible signature.
