If you select all the entities (select one, then do Select/Same Type)
and group them, you can set the font for all of them at once.  You'll
set all the other attributes to the same, too, but that may or may not
be an issue in your case.

Printing selection only is a good idea, and would be easy to implement.
Could you make a bug report about it in bugzilla.gnome.org so we don't
forget?
