Subject: Font problems from going from 0.90 to 0.93

Dear all,
I went from dia 0.90 to dia 0.93, and as I understood from the FAQ,
there has been quite a few changes regarding the font management between
the two versions. Here are the two problems I have with my old diagrams
developed under 0.90 when I use them under 0.93 :
A - Smaller fonts :
On opening a 0.90 diagram with dia-0.93 all the text is smaller, though
the properties of the text object still indicate the same size (0.80
with font Times-Roman in my case). When exporting in eps, the fonts
remain smaller using Pango *and* Postscript fonts (so it does not seem
related to the Pango engine). Has anyone experience that ?
B - Rasterized Pango fonts with ps2pdf :
I use my dia diagrams into a latex document that is later exported to ps
and then pdf. When using Pango fonts, characters are rasterized in the
pdf doc, which looks ugly. I guess this is more a Pango + ghostscrip
problem than a dia one, but I would be thankful for any work around to
get T1 fonts instead of bitmapped ones.
Thanks in advance for any help.
