Problem building on RedHat 9.0 (k12ltsp)

Howdy,

I am trying to build dia on RedHat Linux - V9.0 (k12ltsp).

I must have botched something with the environment, it is not getting 
past the ./autogen.sh step.

I got Dia from CVS
I created an alocal.m4 file in the Dia directory with
codeset.m4 gettext.m4 glibc21.m4 iconv.m4 isc-posix.m4 lcmessage.m4
   progtest.m4

I get the following errors



$ ./autogen.sh

from the /usr/share/aclocal directory to your autoconf macro directory

You will also need config.guess and config.sub, which you can get from
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/config/.
