Ok, now this is more or less done... But I found it a little difficult
to test it. Which SSL clients supports keyexchange methods other than
RSA? The Netscape 4 (export version) I have here doesn't support
anything but

 rsa_export_with_rc4_40_md5 (= 0x0003)
 rsa_export_with_rc2_cbc_40_md5 (= 0x0006)

What clients are there out there that can do any of the dhe_dss
ciphersuites?
