This seems both extremely simple & extremely effective.
It must therefore be impossible, right?

Ps. It might help if there was a List-nuturing Website (associated with a
searchable archive) which could explain the rules of access to anyone
desperate to reach the Coderpunk Community.
A non-American website would offer some additional advantages.
