Hmm... kind of a waste to get a program to read ROT-13 for you... considering
it should be a second language =)

But, incase the newbie doesn't know, ROT-13 is just a method by which you use
the letter 13 spaces ahead of the one you mean to write, here are a few
examples:
A = N
B = O
C = P
X = K
Y = L
Z = M
(The ending letters wrap around again to the beginning of the alphabet.
