I posted an article last nite to this list, and this morning there was a
threat in my mailbox that threatens the whole list. Normally I would not
quote email in toto for netiquette reasons, but I suspect other members of
this list would be interested. I have just joined the list so I don't know
if this sort of thing has happened to others. It appears to be an attempt to
suppress free speech on this list. It would appear to be misdirected to
myself in an attempt to threaten the owner of the listserve.

Legal Notice:
Our firm is conducing a legal investigation into your list serve and it's
memebers. One of your members has entered a corporate e-mail your system to
cause financial harm. Please remove pinson@tfc.com at once.
If you do not take this action, we will file suit and subpoena your company
and ISP records to include your membership list to file civil and criminal
action against you. You clearly do not have a program in place to prevent
such activities. This creates a legal liability to your company, and all of
those who are sending us such e-mails.
CEASE AND DESIST AT ONCE.
