Let's analyze this.
The chairman of Pinson Communications:
1) is unable to spell "members."
2) is unable to compose a coherent sentence. What the hell does
"One of your members has entered a corporate e-mail your system to
cause financial harm" mean?
3) assumes anybody posting to the list is a list administrator.
4) assumes that a company runs the CodherPlunks list.
5) is too incompetent to remove himself from the list, assuming
he's even subscribed.
6) sticks HTML all over his signature.
7) misunderstands the concepts of legal liability.
8) is conducting a "legal investigation" into the "list serve" but
doesn't even know how it works. And Toad runs majordomo anyway.
Well, okay, so that isn't unusual.
9) is too incompetent to set up mail filtering.
10) is so clueless as to think that threatening a bunch of civil
libertarians, many of which can't even be identified, will do
anything other than anger them.
11) is a publisher who cannot use the English language and cannot
compose an email message properly.
12) makes the mistake of assuming that anybody really "owns" the
list at all.
Thank you, Mister Pinson, for keeping my associates and me from ever
making the mistake of doing business with your company.
Have a nice day.
