A[3,5,8] Test Vectors and Source Code

As part of our Universal Smartcard Software project
<https://www.cypherpunks.to/scard/>, we are looking for GSM A3, A5, and
A8 source code and test vectors.

We are familiar with Bruce Schneier's A5 implementation. Please *do not*
reply with pointers to said software.

We currently have a software GSM SIM emulator minus A3 and A8. We are
urgently looking for A3 and A8 source code and test vectors against which
to verify any software emulation.

For completeness, we would appreciate the same for A5, though it is not
required for our project.

Any help at all would be appreciated. Verified source code would be
optimal, but even test vectors alone would help us greatly.
