Compiling on Mac OS X

A wrenched knee has forced me off my trusty Linux box and onto my
wife's iBook, so I'm trying once more to compile Dia under darwin,
with little luck.  Stuck at ltconfig issues.  This time, though, I
started a page on the TWiki about my progress, which hopefully will
have various issues that people have with OS X compiling added to it
