Yes that's right. Saving with Ctrl+S or "File - Save" in a path with
only ASCII-characters (<128) works without errors.

In WinXP SP2 it's the same.

But I'm confused. Why can I save a dia-file with "File - Save As" in
a path with non-ASCII characters, but not with "File - Save"??
