rpmbuild -ta dia-0.93-1: File or directory not found

Hi,
I tried to build a package from dia-0.93. When doing so, the build process 
exits with following error code:

Am I the only one, or is a there a known way to work around that problem?

I was 'root' when building the tar file. My system is: SuSE 9.0 with all 
available upgrades.
