A new windows installer (0.92-2) is available from:

http://dia-installer.sourceforge.net

This release should make dia completely silent on Windows NT/2000/XP 
(i.e. no console window opening any more). For Windows 9*/ME, I'm lacking
the possibility to test this.

In addition, this release fixes Bugzila bug #125259 - The installer does not 
set the HOME environment variable on Windows NT/2000/XP any more.

The changes affect the installer only, the dia build is exactly the same as 
0.92-1
