You can thank Anders Holmstrand for this one:) He's the one who noticed
that non-ASCII chars didn't get converted correctly in PS output with
builtin fonts. They now get converted into the current locale. Of course,
the fonts are still called -latin1 in the PS output, hard to do anything
good about that in a snap. So those who liked the internationalized PS
output in 0.90 should check out this prerelease. Since there's actually
something new to check out, I'm moving release date to this weekend.
