Don't you just hate all these prereleases?  I do.  But 0.92-pre6 is out
now, though without significant enough changes that I want to extend the
testing period.  See  http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/dia/0.92/

If nothing earth-shattering happens, release is scheduled for Wednesday,
since that way it's out of my way before I start work.
