It's not as good as the solution mentioned by Hans, but:

	* plug-ins/wmf/wmf.cpp (set_linestyle): In WMF maximum linewidth
         is 1
	for non-solid linestyles - otherwise custom linestyles have to
         be used.

Right now this is only in the CVS - will be in the next dia Win32 
installer, which should be out soon.
