Microsoft Visio 2000 uses
scroll shift for horizontal/sideways scrolling
scroll ctrl for zoomimg
If nothing else Microsoft is consistant, if this is the way Visio does
it then it implies that the rest of Microsoft Office and other
Windows programs do the same. I cant be certain but it is a fairly safe
bet to copy this behaviour.
