I posted an annouce to the list of the availibilty of the full source
code,

Maybe you can test it? We need to work out a layout api
for passing graphs and and layouts back and forth :
for the past 8 years, the sources have been uglified, preventing full
gpl compliance and preventing full usage. After some emails and
convincing to the author, we have the patches to make it fully GPL
compliant. Thanks to Gregor Greve for lots of help with it.
I have mentioned it on the list a many times,
but not really explaining the purpose or the meaning.
