character encoduing

Hi !

I am french and i use dia with french words... I can't enter accent letters
in the diagrams such as é,à or ù.
I use the last windows version. I tried to find a solution, but i didn't 
success.
I know it works with the linux version but i can't install it on my
solaris station... so i use the windows one
