Announcement: Medoosa 1.1

Hi,

Medoosa is a documentation tool for C++ that can produce UML class
diagrams including generalizations and associations. Corrections can be
made interactively in a diagram editor (Dia) and are fed back into the
source as Javadoc-style comments.

This release simplifies the installation. Previously it was a pain.

Packaged in a RPM, migrated to automake.
Using XML namespace prefixes for Dia and UXF files. (Required by dia 0.88.1)
Replaced the XSLT processor 4xslt by xsltproc which is much faster.
ctf2xml2 is now packaged together with CcDoc in a RPM.
