Another XSLT Plugin / Makefile problem?

A fresh checkout of Dia this morning (10AM BST), followed by

./autogen.sh && make dist

produces the following:

Possible I guess that this has been fixed and not shown up in
anon. CVS, but haven't seen anything relevant in the changelog.
