We should stick to GTK2, and have the GNOME2 build where possible.
But we can abstain from installing documentation when (!GNOME2) (if I
understood well the Scrollkeeper and OMF stuff, in G2 we don't compile the
docbook document anymore, we merely register it so the management stuff is
able to render it in various format on demand, isn't it ?)
