Splines & xfig

I just added support for importing splines from xfig (only interpolated
splines so far).  The conversion isn't perfect, though:  As far as I can
tell, xfig uses Hermite interpolated splines, while we use Bezier curves,
and the transformation I use between the two is hokey at best.  If anybody
feels like digging into this stuff, feel very free.  I wouldn't mind
getting a better understanding of our Beziers.
