Attaching actions to Dia objects?

I just listened to someone extolling the virtues of Visio.  One
of the key features was the ability to attach an action to a node
(for example, double-clicking on an object might bring up a document
or an image).  Does dia support this?  That is, could I attach
a shell script to run xpdf to a Dia object somehome?
