Missing dll when creating sheet

Subject: Missing dll when creating sheet

I tried to create a new sheet for dia specifically for the shapes used by the Gane and Sarson methodologies. After creating a process shape in dia and a corresponding style sheet I could not get it to work. I noticed that all the other sheets downloaded with dia had corresponding dll's. Am I missing a file that creates these dll's or what else do you suppose I am doing wrong. PS I am not yet a programer.
