There is PGP (2.6) for Perl on the Cryptix.org site.
It is mostly compatible, there are a few gotchas
like strange key lengths, but on the whole it should
do what you want.
You are, however, on your own as far as getting it going.
Within the Cryptix team, there is no one supporting the
Perl side, due to lack of popularity in comparison to the
Java stuff.
