I don't mind someone saying "where can I find a good description of
DES" or "can anyone tell me what differential cryptanalysis is". What
I mind is a persistent, stubborn individual who insists that he
doesn't need to do any homework -- that we are obligated to continue
telling him, over and over again, that he ought to go off and read the
literature.

Mr. Shen has refused to read, in spite of months of our asking him
to. This has been building up for a long time.
