I hope Intel invites an external group of distinguished technical experts to
review the P3 RNG and produce a detailed public report. Ideally the group
would include both network security experts and electrical engineering types
capable of analyzing the full design and production process. (My guess is
that Intel's already done something like this in private.)
If the RNG gets vetted this way and receives a clean bill of health,
I expect I'll trust it.
