Since the generator is 'hardware', it is presumably 'different'
for each chip. So certification could only provide an average
measure of the 'quality' and one has to do some tests oneself if
one wants to be more certain. BTW, I suppose that it is always
a good idea to mix the output of a hardware RNG with that of a
software PRNG.
