libeay.dll binary distribution?

Is there any server with a Win32 binary distribution of SSLeay?
The binaries directory on the official ftp server only contains
an older version without RSA.

Or perhaps would someone be so nice as to mail me a copy? I can't
build it at the moment because the Visual C installation I use lacks
the assembler ml.exe.
