Well, it is up to other people whether CodherPlunks continues. Everyone
is free to do as they wish.
Myself, I'll not be taking action until my new mail server is in place
in a few weeks, so it isn't going to happen tomorrow.

Actually, I only do that with non-technical discussions or outright
flames (i.e. "you're an idiot for not understanding how factoring
works"). Most of what I'll cut off on the new list will be
non-technical content of any kind, since that won't be part of the
list charter -- I'll probably let virtually all the technical stuff
fly freely.
If people don't like my moderation style, they need not join this
list, or contribute to it. I don't force anyone into using my
services.

None of this would be necessary if people would be so kind as to not
post political announcements, spam, and a dozen other things that
don't belong on CodherPlunks. As this is not likely to happen, I'm going
to start a new list.
