Although the moderator is a good idea when you consider the volume of the list
its pretty unfeasible. Looking through most of the spam I get I have found
that most of the time it is TO: somthing@anything.com or along the lines of
that now what if we blocked it so that the TO or CC lines have to say
CodherPlunks@toad.com?
