Largely because that would require more work for the humans that is
really needed. I've found that in running "cryptography", people have
largely stopped forwarding stuff that I generally wouldn't pass,
making it much easier for me to clean up the channel.

I really intend it more as a replacement, though I'm sure some would
want to continue using the old one.
