In the RIPEMD-160 spec it gives a variant which churns out 320 bits but
has the same level of security (isn't any more collision resistant than
the original.) In practice the lack of increase in security shouldn't be a
problem since 160 bits is more than enough entropy to power the entire
world for many years to come.
