I was not questioning whether patents are good or bad (or even to be
provided in the consititution or not). I expressed only my view that
patents count as one of several factors that caused the phenomena
that Hafeez Bana complained about. And the phenomena are indeed
worth noting, especially by those creating crypto codes.
