"POME and SpeakEasy

"POME stands for `Possibly OK Multicast Encryption'. The
"idea is that a group of hosts arrange themselves into a
"hierarchy for routing purposes. All messages are encrypted
"and authenticated, and an ordering is imposed on messages.

"SpeakEasy is a talker network built on top of POME.
"Think IRC done properly.
