Export controls are legalisms. All the clever coding hacks we
perform are irrelevant, because we're dealing with beurocrats, not
human beings who know when they've had circles danced around them.
There are plenty of appropriate lists to discuss export
control laws. CodherPlunks ain't one of 'em.
