Can anyone tell me, particularly with the new export rules, what the deal is
with the legality of exporting software with encryption hooks? Moreover, what
exactly is considered a crypto hook? Does it have to communicate with another
precompiled program or a dynamically linked lib, or is it still considered a
hook if, say there's a struct with (null) function pointers and the calls in
the right places, but one has to _recompile_ with the actual crypto function
to use it? Or is that the sort of fuzzy question that will have to be
answered in court someday?
