I didn't read the article, but RC4's actual maximum key size _is_ 2048
bits (256 bytes). Clearly the effective key space is smaller: for
starters there are only 256! possible permutations of the s array,
which comes out at around 1684 bits.
Anyway, 2048 bits does not indicate clue impairment, necessarily.
