Only the finally-selected AES algorithm is required to be license-free.
Several of the AES candidates have already been declared license-free
(e.g. Twofish), but I haven't heard that about RC6. If you want to be
on the safe side you should check with RSA DSI before using it.

Seems sensible. Don't call it RC4, and be sure to give the crank those
extra turns after initialization before using it as a PRNG.
