Actually, at very, very best, it looks and smells like a proprietary
symmetric key based alternative to a much better protocol -- public
key authenticated Diffie-Hellman key exchange.

I did not spend enough time on your site to determine for certain if
you are selling snake oil (I tried, but could not find, a detailed
explanation of your protocol -- I had to make do with the rough
description), but I don't think that really matters given that I saw
enough to make me NOT want to use your package. At the very least, a
lot of the language on your web site did not lead me to believe that
you guys understand the issues very well.

I would not recommend that anyone use your product based on available
information.
