A comment to my recently published encryption scheme WEAK1 points out
the fact that a poor man may, in addition to suffering from material
poverty (lack of software documents, etc.), under circumstances also
be hard pressed by time such that an implementation time of up to
2 days is inacceptable. Accordingly I have designed another scheme
which is much simpler to implement but hopefully nevertheless
offers sufficient security to the communications of our poor man.
