WIPO Indeed. But Klug-Boucher is one of the amendments to the WIPO act
being considered by the full commerce committee tomorrow. It protects
fair use, making it a defense against the various crimes in the bill. My
question was whether this amendment -- which solves some other problems --
might also be the amendment you referred to...
