I don't like the sound of this "World Intellectual Property
Organization" treaty ... it give an impression that the US
government has the intent to foist such a treaty upon other countries
too. The UK government may also sign such a "World" treaty, which is
a cause for concern. Could world governments be planning strict
controls over cryptography, like those of New Zealand and Australia;
... it's not a nice thought.
Does the CodherPlunks charter extend to steganography too !
